On 30 June 2011, four officers and three directors took their oaths of office for the coming term. General Magistrate Linh Ison administered the oath.

Two additional directors-at-large, Agnes Chau and Wanda Reas, were absent and were scheduled to be sworn in separately.
The ceremony took place at Terrace 390 in the Bank of America building. During the event, President Jessica Hew presented an appreciation plaque to outgoing former president Glenn Leong. The gathering concluded with refreshments and networking among members and guests. The organisation’s fiscal year and most directors’ terms run from 1 July 2011 through 30 June 2012.
