Denise Kim Beamer

Judge Denise Kim Beamer has served as a Circuit Judge of Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit since Governor Rick Scott appointed her in 2018. She has presided in Orange County’s criminal and domestic violence divisions, served as Associate Administrative Judge of the Civil Division from 2021 to 2023, and in 2026 is Associate Administrative Judge for Domestic Relations. Before taking the bench, she was a senior assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Barry University School of Law, where she coached mock trial, and she served as a Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Governor for the Ninth Circuit and in leadership roles with GOAABA.
