Christine Berk

Christine Malamanig Berk is in-house counsel for The Collier Companies, a multifamily housing management and real estate development company. Her transactional and litigation work centers on residential and commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, leasing, title and lien issues, HOA and condominium matters, and business formation. She graduated cum laude from California State University, Fresno, as a Rodman Scholar and earned her law degree in Florida. She is a past president of GOAABA, serves on the board of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, and has volunteered for more than a decade as a Guardian ad Litem child advocate.
