Abigail Edelstein

Abigail Edelstein is a probate attorney with Vollrath Law in Oviedo, Florida, and also has a background in business, real estate and estate planning law. An Orlando native, she earned her J.D. cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law, a B.A. in political science from the University of Central Florida, and an A.A. from Seminole State College, and she was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2013. Her honors include the Orange County Bar Association’s 2019 Young Lawyer Pro Bono Award of Excellence, the Legal Aid Society’s 2018 New Lawyer Award of Excellence, and Super Lawyers Rising Star recognition (2020-2023). She is a member of CFAWL, the OCBA and GOAABA.
