Kathryn Jones

Kathryn P. Jones is a partner on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax Team in Orlando. She counsels privately held companies, entrepreneurs and investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, corporate structuring and business succession planning. She earned her J.D. with honors and her B.A. cum laude from the University of Florida, was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005, and is also admitted to the U.S. Tax Court. She previously practiced at BakerHostetler and Forster Boughman.
