Gregory C. Maaswinkel

Gregory C. Maaswinkel leads Maaswinkel Law, P.A. in Orlando, handling personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation claims. Earlier in his career he prosecuted insurance code violations for the Florida Department of Insurance and defended insurers and public entities at an Orlando defense firm. He earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1997, after a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. He serves clients in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and is a member of NAPABA and the Florida Justice Association.
