Thu Pham

Thu Pham is an Orlando land use and real estate attorney with Akerman LLP. She represents public and private clients on comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, variances, code enforcement, impact fees and special assessments, and advises local governments on ordinances, public records and Sunshine Law matters. Her work also includes helping data center developers and operators pursue state and local incentives. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2013, has been listed by Best Lawyers as ‘One to Watch’ for Land Use and Zoning Law, and was named to GlobeSt.’s 2026 Women of Influence.
