Avita Samaroo

Avita M. Samaroo is the founding attorney of Samaroo Law in downtown Orlando, a personal injury firm that also handles immigration matters. She earned her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2013, holds an MBA from the University of Tampa, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015. Before opening her firm, she practiced civil litigation in Longwood and handled catastrophic injury cases at NeJame Law. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and serves on the board of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association.
