Donna Valin

Donna C. Valin is an Orlando attorney with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, where she has led large-scale investigations of deceptive business practices and served as a Bureau Chief in the Consumer Protection Division. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996. She has worked on matters under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and Florida’s timeshare statutes. In 2020 Attorney General Ashley Moody gave her a White Hat Award for enforcement against charity scams targeting veterans, and she has served on the Eighteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
