Amy Mai Voight

Amy M. Voight is a shareholder and managing partner of Voight, P.A. in Orlando, where she leads the real estate division. She co-founded the firm (originally Emeritus, P.A.) in 2009 with William C. Voight II. Her work covers contract negotiation, closings and settlement, buyer and seller representation, FIRPTA compliance, 1031 exchanges, and title search and title insurance. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Barry University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Maryland. She is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Central Florida Real Estate Attorney Council and GOAABA.
