A practical lunchtime CLE on getting more out of mediation: preparing your client, building a negotiation plan, and what to do when talks stall. The session is aimed at newer lawyers but useful at any stage.
Lunch is provided for in-person attendees. Florida Bar CLE credit is being applied for. Members attend free; non-members pay a reduced fee.
